• Catinca Vidan is a fully qualified lawyer since 2024 and is currently completing an LL.M in IP.
• After her Second State Examination, she worked as a research assistant at the Frankfurt boutique law firm Klinkert Partners in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
• During her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, she completed stages among others at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts, at Klinkert Partners and at the Public Prosecutor’s Office Frankfurt am Main - Department for Commercial Criminal Matters (including product and trademark piracy).
• She studied at the Humboldt University of Berlin (LL.B., First State Examination) with a focus on Europeanization and Internationalization of Private and Commercial Law – sub-focus: Intellectual Property Law – and went on to work as a research assistant in an international Commercial Law firm in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
